Attorney Fudala handles the full spectrum of family law cases – from amicable divorces oriented to settlement to high-conflict cases which require trial
While the vast majority of cases result in a settlement agreement — as opposed to a trial — they may still require some court appearances in order to achieve a final, comprehensive agreement. Attorney Fudala has many years experience in motion hearings, contempts, restraining orders, and other pre-trial court appearances.
Attorney Fudala uses negotiation, the court process, mediators, conciliators, and binding arbitration to help you and your spouse or former spouse resolve your disputes. Often a combination of these resources is used.
Attorney Fudala is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled 10 day trials in the Probate Court. She has handled complex cases which involved two-state jurisdictional disputes, cases involving the removal of children to other states, and cases involving two or more courts within Massachusetts (the Probate Court, District Court, Juvenile Court, and the Superior Court.)
She has worked with many Guardians ad Litem (guardians appointed by the court to investigate and make recommendations regarding custody and parenting plans), psychologists, the Court Clinic, the Department of Children and Families, and other professionals who may have valuable input or influence on your case.
Attorney Fudala combines knowledge, experience, perseverance, and empathy to help guide you through the shoals of divorce and related matters.
She has been a partner in White & Fudala, LC since 1993. Prior to that she worked at several law firms in the Greater Boston area, and as a legislative aide in the Massachusetts State Legislature. She practices in Middlesex, Essex, Norfolk, and Suffolk counties.
